お客様からのご依頼で、心を込めてお作りした特別なケーキです。
ふんわり軽やかな米粉シフォンケーキに、鮮やかな青色のドリップクリームを垂らしました。
このきれいな青色は、バタフライピーのパウダーから。
ハーブティーでも人気の天然色素で、無味・無臭なのでお子さまも安心してお召し上がりいただけます♪
今回はクリームが下までたっぷり垂れてしまいましたが…
「途中で綺麗に止まる」ドリップを目指して、これからも練習を重ねます！
次はもっと素敵な仕上がりでお届けできるようにがんばります。

Rice Flour Blue Drip Cake ♡
This special cake was made to order for a customer!
We used a light and fluffy rice flour chiffon cake as the base, topped with a beautiful blue drip cream.
The lovely blue color comes from butterfly pea powder — a natural ingredient famous for its vibrant hue in herbal teas.
It’s completely tasteless and odorless, so even kids can enjoy it safely♪
This time, the drip went all the way down… but we’re practicing hard to make it stop perfectly in the middle next time!
We’ll keep improving so every customer can say “Wow, so pretty!”
